For the Outmit mobile and web application.

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Outmit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who can use Outmit
You must be at least 18 years old. Information you provide must be accurate. Venue accounts must be managed by someone authorized to represent that business.

3. Your account
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

4. Using Outmit
Users can discover venues, events, updates, and nightlife recommendations. Venues can list their business, post updates, and manage their presence. Do not post illegal, harmful, explicit, hateful, misleading, or copyrighted content without permission.

5. Location & recommendations
Outmit may use your location to show nearby places and suggestions. Some features may not work if location is turned off.

6. Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Safety & liability
Outmit helps you discover places and events, but we do not guarantee venue accuracy, safety, or third-party behaviour. Please use your own judgment when going out.

8. Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
